Week 5 of 12 and my training is going well. I've had to modify (skip) it a little because of my work schedule.
Mon - Stretch & Strengthen - Done!
Tues - 4 mile - Done!
Wed - 7 X 400 5K pace - Skipped
Thur - 3 mile run + strength
Fri - Rest
Sat - 3 mile
Sun - 8 mile
I was searching the web for some help on training for my half marathon in March. I found this web site "Hal Higdon's Half Marathon Training Program" it looked ok and it was free! He had programs for different levels and distances. I'm currently in week 4 of

I'm looking at buying a 2007 Trek 2100. I would appreciate any suggestions or comments on this bike. The guy at the bike shop took the time going over the different bikes they offered. He measured me for frame size and went over the fitting process. I like the bike, but I'm having a hard time making the final decision...
